Complaint against NCH regarding Partiality Behavior

I registered a complaint in National Consumer Helpline against Flipkart fraud, the complaint number is 2042592. NCH takes approx 1-month time and changes the status of my complaint as closed without knowing that problem escalates or not. when I contact their (NCH) executive they told me that we close concern, still, 2 months pass now but problem same as.
