No response after repeated membership cancellation request

I have mailed more than 50 times to cancel my membership and refund my amount but there will be no response. When I applied for membership then sales representative clearly told me if I am not satisfied with it, I can cancel membership and my amount will be refunded completely. I never use their services at all but still I am not getting any answer from company side.My membership id is 2926531
