Selling duplicate leather trolley and products.

Dear Sir/Madam
Myself Deepak Kumar from asansol,west bengal purchased some leather products like Leather trolley,leather shoes, leather jackets and others from this shop on date-21/10/21.
GSTIN NO- 09AABFU4479J1ZN
All of the above mentioned items were declared as made of genuine leather only and also his salesman repeatedly reiterating that if any complaint found you can return it within 3 years from date of selling.
Apart they have also issued some kachcha receipts for this.enclosed herewith for reference.
Despite all this just today i.e. on 24/10/21 next day when we came to asansol,the leather bag seems defective/deteriorated quality surely not of leather product.
Myself as a tourist visited Agra and on this basis only bought products from this shop.
I am attaching necessary details for your reference.
Please guide and do necessary action so that I could recover my losses.
