I have mailed several times to their customer service mail id. Against each mail, they are giving a computer generated reply and giving a ticket number but not solving the problem .its almost a month when I have raised grievance but they have not refunded the money in my account. Nor any executive answering my call. I am a senior citizen. Please look in to this matter.
