Hii,

This is Dipankar Paul from Naihati, North 24 parganas. I have purchased a samsung tv on 14/03/2020, however my tv is not open 6th June 2021 and till date we don't have any help from samsung services and my dealer Khosla electronic ( Kancharapara), it was so pathetic when I have registered my complain to samsung services on 7th June,the Samsung service technician name Hillol Bhattacharjya said on phone call send the photos of my tv back side and my purchase bill copy in his personal what's up, when I send this he was saying that your tv bord and adaptor is damaging in this regards you have paying 4500 to 5000 for this.

But my question is that why he not visit my house and why he not check my tv parts, and why he asking for money don't solve my problem, my tv age was 1 year and 3 month, when I purchased tv form Khosla electronic that time sales man named Md Javed Akhtar said that my tv warranty period is 2 year's, so why I pay for this please justify.

Till now one one solve my problem, so please do the needful as early as possible.
