I purchased a symphony Ice Cube 17 L Tower Air Cooler (White) from PayTm through online shopping on 19.05.2016 via order id 1748651137. The proudct was delivered to me on 23.05.2016. After delivery of product, I realized that the product is too small & not as per my requirement, so I initiated a return request through Paytm online website. Now, PayTm has declined to return the product stating that the product can only be returned in case of damage, defect or wrong item.

Kindly expedite the matter with Paytm & provide me a resolution for return of the product.
