I had bought iphone 5 in NOV 2012 AND it was fuctioning absolutely well until I upgraded my phone to 9.3.1.Immediately after updrading the set started to hang and the screen going to freeze mode fopr few secs befire starting.I loged my complain to apple service centre got diagnostic tests done and as per report no hardware issue could be detected.But apple refused to take any corrective steps even after following for more than 10 days..and finally have told me to change the screen at my own cost..I informed them that there are multiple complaints of this type after the gradation but they refused to help....and closed my complaint.I have all proofs of my communication with them...

Iphone6 plus broken screen, faulty camera, heating up, hangs issues by Shweta:

I bought my IPhone 6 plus in June 2015. (Not even an year before). Right from day one i faced 2 issues: 1. The phone used to heat up a lot, and 2, it would freeze for an indeterminate period of time, would switch off on its own and will reboot. So within a week i took it to an apple service centre. They checked the phone and reformatted my device. Inspite of that the issue didn't get solved. So I took it back to them. This time they said you will have to do it on your computer and then it will get fixed. I tried that and it still didn't fix the issue. Mind you, every time they reformat I lost my data so I had to transfer data and all and it's extremely annoying as this is not all that I am left to do in my life. I told them I don't have time at all and I can't afford to waste half a day every now and then for a brand new phone I have spent Rs 60000 just a week back. They asked me to leave the phone with them for 2 3 days and they will try to figure out what could be done about it. Being very busy, I couldnt take time out this time. Then i read the news of faulty cameras in some of the IPhone 6 plus models. Unfortunately, my phone fell under the replacement scheme. I was waiting to get relatively free after March end and just before I could take it to the service centre my phone fell from the table and it broke the glass. I couldn't believe how can it be so fragile that it can't stand such a small impact. I have used over 100 phones in last few years and never in my entire life have I had a display/glass broken. I wrote an email and also called the Apple customer care. A guy called Tabrez was my case advisor. My case number is 1089582436. I was told that I will have to fix the glass first for Rs 18000 and then they will fix other issues that are covered under the warranty. Also, to fix the glass I will have to take it to Bangalore. I live in Ahmedabad. So they expect me to spend Rs 30000 and go to Bangalore get my phone fixed spending another Rs. 18000. At a time when I have no time at all to even take a break. Who is going to pay for my time and energy, Apple? Plus all the mental harassment. This is really ridiculous and uncalled for. Never expected this from a company like Apple who I always had high regards for. I want to report this to consumer court. Kindly help.
