Dear Sir/ Mam,

I Purchased Product
(Surya Accent 3Br Glass Top)form Snap Deal Rs 1999/-.I received my Product in date of 26th March 2016, after receiving my product i am not satisfied with product because delivery of product is too late , i was order place my product on 11th March 2016. And my Product Color is also different which i was ordered,Color of Product is different and Quality is also not good...in Online mode I request for Return my Product and refund of my Original amount, but today i received a Mail your Returned Process not working....even I return Request of my Product in 7 days...Please resolve my issue and take action against Snap Deal
