This is regarding my motog3 turbo handset which was under warranty until 23rd of January 2017. I went to the service center on 16th Jan 2017, with software related issue: like slow charging, auto-off. But later they told me that the phone back is broken and it should be replaced. I questioned them regarding this as I was already aware of no physical damage on my handset, there was the only issue which I found was that the charging port was loose. But they refused to accept my concern charged me 2200 for the replacement for the back part. Even after asking for the damaged part the refused to show and return the damaged part to me. After getting back my phone become worse, there is lots of noise while calling someone, Auto-disconnect of call.
I visited the service center again on n 23rd Jan, taking this issue to them but they refused to handle and told me that phone is fine and the warranty period is also over. So, basically I was charged for the phone which was under warranty, and even after paying to them my problem wouldn't resolve.
The second thing the phone condition has become worse. I need compensation for phone, the extra amount which I paid and the traveling allowance and for the mental harassment.
Note: I file this case on consumer forum as well but after 2-month( replied on 2017-03-03 ) process the asked told me that the company not replying to them, I was asked to file written complain to the company and revert back.

Hence, I am requesting you to intervene in this concern and resolve the concern on priority basis.
