Micromax not returning my Tv refund money Through Online Snapdeal.com

I bought a Micromax 32B5000MHD 81 cm (32) HD Ready LED Television With 1 + 2 year Extended Warranty on 13 Apr, 2016 (Through Online Snapdeal) vide invoice Book No. SA7C44/16-17/890 and Order No.12798922461 dated 13-Apr-2016.
After two months the television started problems. I had register a complain in the Micromax customer support (1800 102 3999) on 22.06.2016 and they took my television with one photocopy of invoice for repair. I have contact them or the service center (Mr Sudesh Gautam / Mr Arun Kumar / Mr Sushant :- 9810139272 / 01206520903 / 9716160867), still the television is not handover. I have sent so many mails and so many talk with Service center/customer care. But no reply from customer care &Service Center. Now they are not even respond properly, very unprofessional and rude. They never picked the number they have given i.e. 1800 102 3999 / 9810139272 / 01206520903 .
Now I am dipressed and frusted with the dealing. It has taken more than 20 days. Still I am wandering.
It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible.
