i bought a samsung galaxy a7 new from vijay sales lajpat nagar on 20.04.2016 and at the time of purchasing they were saying if u do bajaj insurance right now then we will laible for water damage/physical damage/theft,lose etc. after 15 day ,i travling by metro and one person push me and my handset is fallen down and my display is braked...and now bajaj finserv not make my handset proper every time they giving me time and date aprx 7 time i visit at service centre but still my handset is same braked cndtion yet.i hv proof of visit,complaint letter insurance copy! plz rectify my complaint im very oblized to you
