Regarding Bad Behaviour of billing personal

Today i.e. 28th April 2023.I have visit your V MART STORE in Berhampore,Murshidabad and select some products to buy and come to billing counter where I am in 2nd number of in billing line.one of ur female staff ignore me to bill of mine at beacuse of some one exchange.she have adviced me that 1st exchange then billing.is this a way to treat a customer.soon after that behavior of ur female staff I have return with my family with my 2year baby without shopping anything.pls take necessary action against that behavior.The incident happen today at arround 4.30pm
