Double charge from debit card, ordered some grocery from bigbasket.com

I ordered some grocery from bigbasket on 21st November 2016. When the order came in I gave the person my debit card to charge the payment of RS.1922. He swiped once and asked me to enter the pin. Then he said there is some error and payment is not charged. But I got a message from HDFC the the amount has been debited. But the person said it will come back as here there is no transaction showing. He swiped my card again and once again the amount was debited. After waiting for 2 days when the money didn't come back in my account I raised a complaint with bigbasket. But till date they have neither refunded my money nor given me any supporting document which proved that there was only one valid transaction so that I can follow up with my bank.
