Food Processor- Main Jar manufacturing defect needs to be checked by Quality Control

Hi this is sagar Nalawade from Thane,i purchased a Food Processor of Morphy Richards ICON DLX - 1000 watts, it was purchased from Vijay Sales Ghodbunder Road thane ,wherein on 3rd day it was observed that main jar is cracked inspite of using as mentioned in the manual,we replaced the same once with my reference as my uncle himself is Divisional Manager of Vijay sales so they replaced the Jar once only for me, but later on now it is again cracked on 2nd day, inspite of logging complaints many times with Bajaj electricals who is the service provider for morphy richards, yet there is no proper resolution provided and now the product is of no use, i would have shared the video recording of the jar when operating the machine if the part was visible to prove that it is no where damaged from our end as we use it very carefully, but we observed that it is the manufacturing defect of the company itself, pissed of from last 4 months, kindly look into the same on priority, its a request.
