cheated by sending different product then what has been shown

Dear Sir,

I have booked dress material from craftvilla.com.

I received material which are quality of the material is too poor. I am attaching the image by which i have booked this dress material.

Before order i clearly mentioned that dress material should be as it is which is shown in the picture. But unfortunately i have been misguide and cheated from craftvilla and their dealer pavan enterprises.

I want my money back as this dress material is very very poor in quality.

I am attaching the image which is shown in craftvilla website and I received dress material which are not worth Rs. 150/- also. I paid for it Rs. 499 by internet banking.

Please look in to this matter as urgent as. I want my money back.
