3 yr Extended Warranty of Hitachi 1.5 AC, not received any response for service

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I purchased an Hitachi 1.5 AC on 18 June 2015, the same day i took an 3 year extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz, And I call many time for service (Break Down my AC) to Bajaj Allianz, but till not received any response, even visited Bajaj Allianz local office located in Verdman Plaza, Sector 16, Noida, they also didn't cooperate they told me, to contact the broker who gave the policy, my comp no: OC171103660900001220.

My Child Certificate No: OG16100660900291151.
