Nikon Camera Charger not working -

I had bought Nikon Camera DSLR D5200 on 15/5/2016 but when we tried to charge the battery than found not charger not working .
I also talked with the cust care and she replied ,charger not comes under warranty .
Actually this is tatally cheating with the customer bcoz I had bought just 10 days back .
Pl. help me .
