Unacceptable Service From Micromax Informatics

I have purchase a phone from Micromax on 14th March 2015, from the very first beginning it started giving minor problems. However at the end of the last week of November, I submitted the device to the service center and when the phone was given to me it worked fine for few days but then again it started giving the same problems again. Then in March 2016 I again submitted it to the service center to get it repaired again but since the phone is defective as it is creating problems again and again.

I requested the staff to take the matter more seriously as I don't want to end up with 10k brick at home. But they didn't take any heed of it. Despite many attempt they just don't listen and return me a poor device. It is requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
