Respected sir,
On 19th October 2019 I want to transfer 10000 from my credit card to bank account but it didn't transfer to my bank account and also did not add to my mobikwik wallet all sereen shot showed to added to wallet but in actual my my wallet is empty. I tried to contact the customer service but they did not pick up the phone from Gurgaon office and did respond on email, I request you to please help me out from this crises.
