Amazon.in Complaint Regarding refunds, I ordered mi A3 , for rupees 11700

Actually I ordered mi A3 , for rupees 11700, for which I was offered 1000 rupees cashback from Amazon in the form of Amazon pay cashback .
But for no reason it wasn't delivered and it was cancelled by Amazon .so I should have my 11700 rupees as refund but they refund me 10700 refund and 1000 that Amazon pay cashback which I can't transfer to my bank ,I can use that for shopping only from Amazon , but now I don't want to purchase anything from Amazon. So please look in to the matter.
