Is Binomo a scam? Doing fraud and deduct more amount from my bank account

Dear sir

I am Arti Yadav from Gurgaon. I opened a account in binomo on dated 22.7.2019 . And I done 11 time transaction in my binomo account. 10 for 350 and 1 for 7000 but they done 13 times deduction from my account. And 5 time pay out but only 2 times I received in my Icici account. Now I am helpless . Please help me. And short out the matter.
