Get infection by using the VLCC products, vatika city, block w, market, sector 49

On sunday (7th oct, 2018) i visited vlcc, vatika city, block w, market, sector 49, gurugram, haryana 122018 office and i took some products from vlcc and groom package. Before starting the groom package i used the product on sunday night. After using the products i got infection in whole body and after that i stop using these products.
I took consultation from the skin doctor for the same and i told him what i used.Then the Doctor suggested me not to use the products.
I visited again the VLCC center on wednesday (10th oct, 2018) to meet their doctor because they requested for this and vlcc doctor also told me to stop using the products. After that i have requested for the refund of my money for the groom package.
But VLCC center head told me that they can't give the money , She forced me to continue with the groom package or take the products only.
I called VLCC Customer care and the VLCC center many times but they are not giving me my money back.
I visited also VLCC center many times for as they have requested for the resolution of my query but till now they didn't give me my money back.
They are doing mental harasment with me.
So i am requesting you please help me for the same.
