I'm Abhishek Kumar. I'm a Tata Sky customer. My Subscriber ID is 1132359017. I made a online recharge on 20 Feb 2019 of Rs 369 which was shown as successful. I've its screenshot also. But I receive information on my TV that my STB will be deactivated on 20 Feb due to nil balance. I was shocked. I call at Tata Sky Customer Care where they assure me that they were doing on this issue and will be resolved till 25 Feb 2019. They also credited some amount into my tata sky account valid for 5 days I.e. till 25 feb 2019.
Yesterday I got a message that my tata sky will be deactivated today. I again called to customer care. They assured again me that the issue will be resolved till 28 feb and till then the my tata sky will not be deactivated.
But today morning the tata sky has been deactivated. And the customer care is committed to resolve the issue till 2 March 2019. What should I do now? Should I keep my TV Off till then even I had paid the full amount. Is there my fault?
My bank has confirmed that there is a successful transaction so they will not refund the amount. I asked Tata Sky to make it active till the issue is being resolve and deduct the amount while it is credited with my earlier recharged amount. They refused for the same also.
Kindly help and suggest.Now I want atleast 6 month advance recharge from Tata sky for being inconvenient even after doing full and on time payment.
