They are manipulating me not getting my refund back and give a dmaged producct

I have purchased a earphone from Flipkart. They assured that if product is damged i will get my refund back .
I have place 3 times refund or return request but they cancelled the request without giving any reason
And at thrid request they sadi that product mismatch but the truth is that they don’t even contacted me and the self made the decision that product mismatch
At fourth complaint the said that it is now out of warrenty they can’t help me now
Now plzz help me to get out of this as i sufferd a loss of amount
