Flipkart.com Mental Harassment - Delay in refund

Ordered this 49" smart TV on 16 Sep which arrived on 18 Sep. Technician from Jeeves came to install the product on same day and found the product was damaged. I had not even opened the box! Till date Flipkart hasn't provided me either replacement or the refund. They are not responding to emails and keep saying on phone will give an update in 24 hours! I am totally frustrated and this is a case of fraud. I don?t see any return or refund option on the Flipkart order page. Please also note total paid amount was 23,999 in which 3,400 was paid in cash as the exchange of old TV was canceled by me. I hope I can get the refund soon and want Flipkart to compensate me for the harassment and mental agony!

Update: Refund came through after 14 days but compensation is needed for the mental harassment caused.
