We purchased a ticket of goindigo airlines from Colombo to Chennai.Our date of journey was on 13th march 2020.8 hours before the scheduled departure time the airlines intimated that the flight has been cancelled and after repeated requests they didn't arrange any alternate flight options.We had to purchase instant ticket from other airline at a hefty price to arrive at Chennai.Indigo airlines didnt refund the fare against the cancelled flight.
