Harassment and misguided from airtel Customer care executive.

I have been fed up with airtel customer service form past few months, From June 2018 I have been complaining to them but they are not solving any problems. No network connectivity I am fed up with their service they are not even assuring when it will be activeted.
I get a LG Smart TV from Reliance digital with airtel DTH bundle offer.The airtel offer was " the set top box not required because the airtel DTH card already install in the tv, only I need to new connection activation and 2 months free Scervice ".But from last year to I am feed up with airtel.I am calling so many time they just avoid or ignore..Today (16/09/2019) 1st I call up- 8448771400 they ask to call 033448080 but this no not working.then I call again 8448771400 they give 05224448080 then they ask to give a miss call to another no (8826288262) I called.after few minutes I receive call from +918448497404.The executive was so rood and unprofessional.He was shouted on me and cut the phone only I asking how many times I call different no you also ask me call 12150. and he cut the phone.Then I call 12150 they ask me 1800/- and I have to buy again HD set up box.. whare I already have new one.please help me to get this Scervice asap.
