Damage of New iphone X, I had given my new iphone x to repair back glass.

I had given my new iphone x to repair back glass. Got it back with broken camera and scratches all over. They have also replaced the camera to a cheap chinese one. They charged 4000 to repair back glass of my 1 lakh rupees phone. No information was provided whether the parts replaced were genuine or chinese fake. Also i was forced to give good five star reviews on their website after this shitty service. I want a replacement or a complete repair of my phone.
