I went to the shop THE MOBILE CARE on 12.5.2017 for my micromax tablet repair. Its been almost 5 months neither they are repairing it nor they are giving any response. When i visited the shop, screen of the tablet was not working but they said its camera is not working . When i m visiting the shop, they keep me waiting for a long time. And, will not response at all. I think they might have sell my tab also. Its been so long. Staffs were rediculous , now i want the full refund . please help me. They are treating unhuman . That was a gift, my sister gave me on my birthday with her first salary and am emotionally attached with it.I m attaching the document they gave me. Kindly, help me out.
