I have availed membership from Club Group of Hotels, Noida Sub Mall on 24 September 2015 of a lifetime membership. Till now I haven't received any booking for any trip and the Club group pf hotels are denying the lifetime membership saying its only valid for 5 years. They are also asking for additional AMC and utility charges for organising the trip. The membership card has 5 years validity mentioned and the agreement has lifetime mentioned. I have already paid 43000 in 2015. And not availed any service from their end. Please help me regarding this I have all documents in support. Also I want my membership to be canceled and money back.
