TCL android Tv model no 43P8B purchased on 16th feb 2020 and having warranty of 3years stopped working on 1st August 2021. On complaint technician came and said display is gone and a new TV will be provided in 10days after which no response each time we call customer service they say the model is not in stock and new TV will be provided soon
