i bought mi smart TV with 2 yr of warrnty for pannel. Now tv pannel is damaged After many follow up mi send there enginr to check the tv.he was telling me this is due to cockroaches & cant covered in warranty.this is cheating. it is not written any where that this kind of damages is not part of warrenty.
below is the reply from Xiaomi:
"customer induced damage and CID issues will be considered out of warranty".
