Faulty bed not replaced

I purchased a king-size illume bed from a Godrej dealer, but within the warranty period, the bed was showing the major fault. I registered a complaint ( B 2210122898) with the dealer and Godrej customer care service center also. Technician also visited my place on 20-12-2019 and made his observation. He told me that company will replace the faulty parts/stuff. But, after my several follow up I didn't get any service/repair till now. I can understand the corona outbreak was there, but now in unlock 5, everything is functioning fine, however, despite my several phone call dealer did not provide any solution. As time progresses, more damage has already done. I noticed several cracks and sounds in my bed. Please do the needful and help me to get a new bed as a replacement, as it's useless to repair it now.
