Non-Replacement of charger incompatible air

ordered online charger for laptop which is not compatible with laptop(L-type connector for macbook air)
Refusal to either refund or replace with compatible (T-type connector for macbook air of same price)
Wesite of apple store only list both as Charger for macbook air hence the confusion while ordering

After a lot of call they took the replacement request but replace with the same L-type connector
