Refund of cancelled booking not received

I had made 2 bookings on zoomcar which I cancelled due to personal issues(1st was cancelled on 28 Sep & 2nd on 01 Oct). For both the bookings I did not receive any refund yet. There is no direct way to contact them and they dont even reply to email or other medium. I called them 5 times(that too by luck I was able to as I did not have active booking so I chose a option of accident). Everytime they provided vague reasons and said it will be processed within 3 days and all and there is issue going on. You can see on the App store as well there are too many feedbacks are provided by different people regarding the refund and it is serious issue. Kindly look into it urgently. I have attached the snapshots of bookings.
