I had purchased one Infra Red Thermometer by paying Rs 5510/- by credit card online to 1mg Technologies Pvt Ltd, A-4-B, Near Holychild School, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027.Their invoice no. DC-7371 dt 23/4/2020. They supplied defective thermometer which readings were inaccurate. When I contacted them they refused to replace/refund the money.
