Respected sir,
I gave order of modular kitchen work in June 2021. I give whole kitchen work to him but he did not complete his work I pay him advance in March 2021 month later he said lockdown was there,and when lockdown is over he did only trolley and for cabinet he again said work in progress for almost 2 month so I fed up and cancel my cabinet order and ask him to refund my money but he continuously saying gave us today, tommarrow.He gave me cheque to deposit in bank but the cheque bounce and bank charge me the amount for that he told us I will pay that charges also but he did not return my money yet.
