Replaced mobile in bad condition for 2nd time.

I have purchased a mobile in Feb 2015 online from Amazon.in (Brand Yu Yureka)and due to some technical issues, I had request for the replacement in NOV and received a phone after several follow-ups in March which was again given me charging problem (Charging Jack Problem),again I request for replacement after that I have received a phone today and 2nd time and it is in very bad condition, images attached. my phone was off from last 1 month due to this charging issue and I have lose a huge amount in my business due to this company and no one is bothering on my problem.
