I purchased the mobile handset of Micromax Yuphoria YU5010 on 6 June, 2015 by Amazon. And, after some months it got faulty and I submitted it the Micromax's service center "ABC Telecommunications, Ramesh Nagar Metro Station, Delhi" on 19/03/2016 but till dt. they have not given my handset to me. Initially they told that it would take only one month. Now they are asking for 10 more days. Everytime I call they say it will take 10 more days.
