yu mobile company mobile given to service centre but bot returning back

The customer service of YU is totally dissatisfying, I am a customer who has suffered a lot from YU. Its been 2months I have given my phone to the company. I have called many times to customercare and visited service centre many times but they always say wait for 10 15 days and after 10 days when i reach there again they have same reply.
. please replace me my phone or refund my money my registered mobile is 8010801035 and job no is: **n030764-0216-21990153*
Please take some action . i submited my 3 month old defected phone on 18/2/16 they promised me to return phone in 15days . now i m not getting any satisfactory ans from company nor service sentre
