Refund of booking amount for car.

I booked a car i.e. Baleno Diesel Delta model with Nexa Akshardham (Fair Deal P. Ltd.) a dealer of maruti suzuki in starting of December. For the delivery of car they committed me that they will give me the car in 2 weeks time. TO book the car they took INR 11K from me which they said is refundable if you cancel at anytime.
After this they kept me waited for 3 months for the car and finaly I baught another car and asked them to cancel my booking and return my booking amount.
Now they asked me to mail them the bank details so that they can make a refund by cheque which i provided them same day and then kept waiting for 20 days with no replies from their side. i kept calling the salesman because he is the guy to talk as told by the showroom but he did not pick. I went to the showroom and asked him what is the matter he again tried to make false commitments and asked me to wait for 2 days. I got this commitment from his official id so i waited for 2 more days but still their is no refund.
I am so much frustrated with their handling of customers and now it is not just about the money but also the waste of my time and a sense of disrespect for which i want to complaint and take legal action against them and specially the salesman that they appointed in my case.
I would also like to mention how fake their feedback website is. It requires the dealer information but have not provided the option to select this dealer (Nexa Akshardham). as it is not their on their list.
