Problem was in cooling system, Only fan runs and no cooling.

First Complain No 16062701032 registered on 27 June 2016 on Voltas Customer care. Technician visited and as per him problem is with PCB, taken for repair and next day fit as OK repaired. Cost taken for this Rs,1350+Rs,400 visiting charge.


After 20 days again same problem was there and Complain No 16071902254 registered on 19th July 2016 in Customer care. Again Technician visited and taken the PCB for five days and say now OK and repaired but not OK problem persist.
Then he said problem is with Sensor and need to change the sensor. They changed on 24th July 2016.

After 4 days again the same problem start and Complain No 16072800781 registered on 28th July 2016. Technician visited after calling so many times and said that problem is with PCB and need to change the whole PCB and taken.

Till time no response from the side of Voltas and service centre team.

Time spoiled and Worst experience from Voltas and there's no suggestion for any body to take any single product of Voltas.
