I have placed an order on 14 April 2021 from ShopClues of 3 dresses worth Rs.1535 Cash on delivery, It was delivered on 16 April 2021 .After the payment of Rs.1535 in cash when I opened the order there was only one dress even there was no proper packing .
I have ordered 3 dresses worth rs.1535 but only received one. I tried calling customer care but there was no option available of speaking to executive,then I have written tons of e mails to ShopClues support for return request .They are just replying attach images ,even after attaching images writing various prayers , warnings they haven't approved our return request nor they have refunded my amount.
I want my money Rs.1535 and compensation for the problem I have faced because of their negligence,I have suffered a lot .I want my money back as soon as possible
