Refund Amount Not Processed by LeMall

On 20th October 2016, I placed an order #4071931621351 for a TV, online on Lemall.com by paying through credit card (Rs. 59748) and next day on 21st October, I cancelled the order after confirmation with LeMall's customer care. I dropped an email to their support team as well and then raised a refund request online also.
It's been almost 3 months and LeMall has not processed the refund amount saying they don't have any update on this issue, however they claimed to process it in 7-21 business days. They are not even responding on my emails.
Please help me out on this.
