I have sold my used mobile in Amazon Junglee. It was picked up by their internal courier. But till now I have not received my payment of Rs 2999/-. When I chased them they told it was missing. I requested them to return my items, but they are keep updating me that "their team is investigating the issue and they are awaiting an update on the same" since 02nd Aug.
Could you please help me to get back my money along with 10 times fine towards compensate.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased a new laptop on 2 Oct 23 in exchange for an old laptop. When I switched on the new laptop it was not up to the mark as given at the time of purchase (4.5 GHz. processor but got 2.5 GHz. processor laptop). I made a complaint related to that to Amazon, they had started the return process but nobody received that product, and they canceled the return. Again I did complain about returning the product then they changed the status on the returning box the return was refused by the customer but no one came to receive that product until now. Now I again complained to them and asked for a refund they keep extending the days but it is my loss of work because I do the night shift and with a laptop how could I do. Please help me regarding that and initiate my refund from Amazon as soon as possible.
