On 7th of this month i have made 2 payment, in both the cases amount has been taken, and as per confirmation from bank hathway internet has received the same, However, I have request for refund which is pending from 7th of this month and every time when I ask for refund your customer support ask for 15 working days which is 19 normal days, RBI transfer amount within 2 days, but you have policy of holding customers money for as many as days possible.

Ass hole, cheats do not have money to run their company so either they beg for money or hold customer money to interest our of it.

    Try to understand what customer need before posting copy past reply. i have already called your customer support more then 10 times and every time they promise for call back nothing happens I have also triggered email to your support team almost 20 times but response are non effective and same copy pasted
