Driver Name : Devan Driver Phone number : 9035746739 Car Type : Swift Dzire Number : KA 01AF 6721 CRN : 408296364 Booking Date : October 1st 2016 Booking Time : 8:18 PM Distance to be traveled : Koramangala to Kamanahalli Soon after getting the driver information, immediately called the Devan after a minute and got the response that Devan would arrive at the location in 2-5 minutes. At 8:22 PM, got the message on my phone when I was actually waiting for the cab : "YOUR BOOKING CRN 408296364 HAD TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO NO RESPONSE FROM YOU". Called the driver ( Devan ) immediately, and was shocked to hear that he is NOT INTERESTED to travel to the said location so he cancelled the drop request. Says I can put up a complaint to anyone and he is least bothered. Unfortunately, with this kind of attitude, it would certainly be too late for OLA to retain their customers. Many Thanks for this wonderful experience.

    I have booked the cab on 7th Sept.2017 with my registered mobile no. from vaishali to new Delhi railway station. after just dropped down and know that I forget my mobile on rear seat. I immediately call on my registered mobile No. and bell was ringing and no body has picked up. I am sure that the phone should be with driver. pl. take necessary action.
