Product not picked up by snapdeal for 3 Gas stoves

placed an order on snapdeal for 3 Gas stoves on 17th June 2016 and I received the products on 20th June 2016. Now I raised a return request for 2 of the gas stoves out of which 1 was picked up and I got the refund as well. However, the other gas stove is still with me and I call snapdeal daily about the status for the reverse pick up and they always tell me that it will be picked up in 1-2 days. I have been waiting for this item to be picked up from last 15 days.

How can I file a case against snapdeal and ask for the compensation as I am being harassed by them.
