Dear Sir, One company called "One Assist" (Mob.91 2239912600 / 91 22 6105 3701) has taken an amount of Rs.1799/- from my HDFC credit card account without informing me for their service charges for safeguarding my credit /debit cards. I just know about this after receipt of my bill and when asked they informed they have tie up with HDFC Bank. They assured me to return within one week on 9th June and till date I did not get any amount from them. Last year I opted their service but did not send my card details. This year they renewed the scheme without my permission. Please take up this matter urgently.
