false prize claiming site consumer complain

I was requested to pay rs 250/ for Skillgame and was assured of a iphone 6 if I answered all the 3 questions correctly. I did answer all the 3 questions correctly and the site thanked me for using my vodafone mobile number 919999538121 for rs 250/ towards skill game appon 20-06-2016 at 08:03 am ,txn id 70848832 . I was texted on my same mobile number to contact info@jokequiz.com for any querries along with my txn id. I found no contact number on the site mentioned. I have been cheated and many people have been duped of this big scam when i checked google. Please please help.
